Shopping in our store is very simple: select the products you want, add them to the cart and complete the purchase process.
2 SHIPPING POLICY
FREE SHIPPING on orders over 60 euros (Mainland Spain) - Balearic Islands over 100 euros.
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla please enquire by email: info@zanabili.eu
If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, a new delivery will be arranged at no additional cost.
Once the order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email and another with a shipment tracking number.
Shipments are made from Monday to Friday except public holidays.
3. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return. Contact us at info@zanabili.eu stating the order number, the reference and the reason for the return.
Please note that, for hygiene reasons, only products that have not been opened and are in perfect condition will be accepted.
If you wish to make an exchange, you can contact us at info@zanabili.eu stating your order number, the product you want to exchange and the new product.
The customer must pay the shipping costs before we proceed with the return or exchange.
